Cleanse Update: Week 2

First week was about reclaiming by cutting back on meat, dairy and processed foods. Week 2 is all about Releasing toxins. I have been feeling pretty good. Noticing a lot less inflammation. I’m now on day 4 of waking up without a stomach ache 😍 Today I am definitely starting to feel the detox phase as I am a bit achy, tired and a tad bit grouchy but all in all good.

This cleanse has me eating a lot of food! I mixed it up today and had this amazing Kale salad delivered from @jujubeetcafe.

Since my tummy has a hard time with raw greens I deconstructed the salad and warmed the Kale & Quinoa. It was perfect and delicious! I especially loved the crunchy fennel and creamy mustard dressing💗 They are now doing once a week meals which can be ordered online and picked up or delivered (always my preference 🤣) Hubby had the GF Waffles and they were also super yummy💗
